Service Description

This is a slow meditative practice that is designed to stretch connective tissue such as ligaments, tendons and facia. The practice is done on the floor with 60-80% expression of the postures. The use of props facilitates the holding of poses for 3 to 5 minutes. Yin is conducive to the development of a meditative state because the body is still for extended periods.
