New Name, More Offerings

What is in a name? As you pass by the Yoga Studio now you will notice that we have a new name - "Ease into Peace". I am really excited to herald this change for our Studio and this name has been a long held dream of mine, along with a larger area of focus. You will see that yoga and meditation continue to be our focus, but now with the addition of wellness. I believe that yoga and meditation are an enormous aid to our wellbeing both mental, emotional, and physical. I now want to bring other activities to the studio that will add to each person's ability to live their best life at any time of their lives.

After the restrictions and isolation of the last two years due to COVID each of us is thinking about moving forward, and we might need a chance to find out if we need to redirect and what that might be toward, and we certainly need to connect and engage with our fellow humans in an on-going way. I encourage you to come and attend Studio classes and events as a way to create a personal reset.

As we move forward I intend to offer a wider variety of classes, workshops, and groups. This is not all going to happen at once, and could include Art Journaling, a discussion or book group, Sound Bath, Seasonal Cleanse, Chair Yoga, Yoga for Strength, Outdoor Yoga and Hike, and Forest Bathing. We introduced our first addition of a Mindfulness and Meditation Group led by Val Stepien and Laura Bedford last month.

The aim of everything that is offered at the Studio is "moving you toward peace, love & joy"
